Rented this for my son and friends in November for a week in December of 2020 for a ski trip. Colorado shut down capacity and other restrictions in December because of the pandemic. The UBSKI organization canceled all ski trips and we were given a refund. All other VRBO and Airbnb gave refunds without question in light of the pandemic. The owner of the property with Latitude 38 refused to give us any refund. We explained considering the cause of the cancellation is a worldwide pandemic we assumed they would be empathetic. Beautiful condo and a great location right above the lift. The staff was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We would stay with this rental company and at this condo again.
