when they say contact us you can forget that i called for a week straight no live person just recording over-over an over tried e-mail same thing wanted to know why my auto pay had been canceled i have plenty of money in my checking acct never had this problem when i could just go to the office an give the manager a check we need a manager please
I just moved out September after my second time with 221 7th street residence san francisco CA. It was a great experience with Manager Collin did a good job . I really liked this place and will come back next year. Such a good manager shout out to Collin thanks alot
SCAM ALERT!... My son is a student at CCSF, we were excited to use UrbanNests (this companies other identity). They looked like the perfect solution to finding our son safe, secure housing at a reasonable cost. The company assured us they would provide safe housing and work with with establishing his credit. What happened once we were invested in the process was very different, they did a “bait-and-switch” with their properties and requirements.
Latitude 38 San Francisco Housing Services is very nice and fixed everything quickly. My bathroom light did not work a few days ago. One worker came yesterday but couldn't fix it. William came today and fixed it.
