Horrible management. Been here a year and I see there is nothing but complaints and nothing is done about the people in the office. Impossible to reach management and they don’t do anything to help people’s valid concerns. The property smells like weed and dog pee. Disgusting experience!
The apartment itself is nice, with a good layout and floor plan. The maintenance staff, especially the technician, is responsive and does a great job most of the time. However, the overall community is poorly maintained. It is often dirty, with dog waste left around and a constant unpleasant smell. The trash rooms are unhygienic, and general cleanliness is lacking. I’ve been trying to schedule a tour for this apartment, but reaching them has been a frustrating experience. We’ve been attempting to contact them consistently for the past two weeks. Their phone system is poorly designed—buggy and constantly redirecting to dead ends. On one occasion, I found an alternate way to get through, but no one picked up the call. I believe that we were lied to coz when we came to see the 2 bedroom apartment,Anita from leasing office told us this apartment has 2 parking.Upon hearing this , we applied coz it has met my top priorities-distance to work and 2 assigned parking spots.Two weeks later we moved in then we were told by Anita that she made a mistake coz this apartment has only 1 parking.
