I just moved back here two months ago. I really missed living here. The location is outstanding, the views of the canyons are breathtaking, walking distance to everything city or nature and Jorge, Mike and Juan are the best staff. My studio has the perfect amount of space for one person or even a couple. Let’s not forgot the courtyard’s atmosphere and my wonderful neighbors. In this economy and in comparison to the rest of the valley, I would say the price is fair.
Visited recently was very clean apartments looks like recently remodeled, nice pool, conveniently located near the restaurant and venues in downtown Palm Springs. Very nice helpful people at the office. Definitely plan to rent there if I end up relocating to Palm Springs for work.
I’ve lived here for two years, my mother (76yo) has lived here for about five years now and we loved it. Juan, our handyman and savior, is absolutely amazing. In the years we’ve lived there he’s become like family. 🥹🩵 I don’t know how I’ll live without him. The studios are pretty large for studios and well-maintained. The bathrooms in particular are massive! The only thing is Security. It’s the ONLY reason why I didn’t give it five stars. 🥲 I would recommend living inside the gates, even if it is more expensive.
I went to tour Latitude 33 , and Jacqueline assisted me with giving me a tour , and gave me all the information necessary along with the specials that they have at the moment . I met property manager Jorge , they were both very welcoming and professional , I can’t wait to start on the move in process !
UPDATE [April 2025]: Correcting management's claims: I sued the property owner (Prism Arenas Road, LP), NOT the collection agency, and WON. The judgment remains UNPAID. You didn't "correct" my move-out statement - you based calculations on the wrong deposit amount ($750 vs $1050) and charged unallowable fees under California Civil Code 1950.5 for cleaning ($280), carpet cleaning ($175), and touch-up paint ($90), along with many other errors.
