Just wanted to express my appreciation for Jennifer as the property manager for Latitude 33 in Escondido!! She has made a world of difference with her customer service since GreyStar took over the management here. Super attentive and the best communication I’ve ever experienced with my rental experience in the past 10 years .
RUN!! Tina is charging me for water despite me moving out. This place is shady and illegal. DONT COME HERE.
First time EVER moving out on my own and Tina made the process simple and easy. She was helpful, resourceful, patient, and understanding. From the tour to the paperwork to getting my keys, she was there every step of the way. She was very responsive to my calls, emails, and thousands of questions I had. The community is friendly, the amenities are amazing, and don't forget you're in DOWNTOWN! Being in a studio, the AC works well and I never complain about not having enough space. Chuck, Tina, and Juan are all amazing. Moved in a bit ago and absolutely love it!! Clean, quiet and lovely people. Easy peezy.
Awful place, awful management, dangerous, and not worth the money with all the problems that persist. (management doesn’t care they just say sorry and move on)
