UPDATE [April 2025]: Correcting management's claims: I sued the property owner (Prism Arenas Road, LP), NOT the collection agency, and WON. The judgment remains UNPAID. You didn't "correct" my move-out statement - you based calculations on the wrong deposit amount ($750 vs $1050) and charged unallowable fees under California Civil Code 1950.5 for cleaning ($280), carpet cleaning ($175), and touch-up paint ($90), along with many other errors. I continue to be impressed with the care and service provided by the staff at Latitude 33. Barbara in the office was super helpful getting my daughter and I into our new home that we love. Dennis has always been super friendly and helpful. & today, William saved the DAY!!! My washer and dryer went down. William immediately came to check it out and replaced it right away!!! Thank you all for making our experience in our new home so much more pleasurable!!!
I just successfully sued this property, and if you’re considering renting here, this is worth the read. I lived in Unit 308 from May 2023 to April 2024. The apartment was just okay—great downtown location, though you’ll hear regular noise from the nearby bars. I paid rent and utilities on time every month and left the unit in good condition.
