It’s ok if you want to save money but every thing breaks and the property manager slept with my husband while I was a tenant at latitude I move when my lease was up she got rid of the written notice and threatened to send money I don’t owe to collections but god sit high and look low the worst experience ever
it's run like a slum. people put in work orders to have leaking plumbing repaired and it's ignored to the point where the ceiling is caving in, there are water bubbles in the walls and water runs down from the second floor onto the first floor. if your AC breaks it will stay broken for weeks. don't try to email the management or management company. it won't get you anywhere. better to just call the health department, it's the only thing that will make them respond unsafe living conditions. slumlords.
there is way too many things list thats negitive... 800$+ nooo i cannlive in a non section 8 area for that frice with a crime rate. a fraction of whats here.. also today 9-22-18 you know your in a bad area when 6ur old and under run up to you to pet your dogs smelling like they've been smoking pot all day.. and therr are PPL (u can guess what kinds) smoking dope in front of the cameras blaring vulgar rap music while their kids dance and swim to it hahaha.. if your a studint sure.. but NO this place is the iner establishment ... read more
