We rented a pontoon for the day last weekend and the process was so easy! Eric dropped off the boat, walked us through safety procedures and picked us up at the end of the day. Very thankful to Melanie for the superb help in the booking process as well! Will definitely be renting again in the future.
A huge thank you to Xcape Boat Rentals! Due to unfortunate circumstances, we found ourselves without a pontoon rental two days before our vacation on Lake Bemidji. Melanie and the crew were able to provide us with a pontoon on short notice. They definitely went the extra mile to help us! Our family is very appreciative and grateful to Melanie, Bob and everyone that made it happen! I highly recommend!
Beware! - I cancelled a reservation within the guidelines of receiving a full refund. I got the cancellation notice July 21 and still do not have the money back from my pontoon rental. I have repeatedly contacted Aaron. On July 31 he said he reissued the cancellation. I have no refund and he has stopped returning texts and phone messages. I am out almost $2000.00. It does not take Venmo or credit card companies almost 4 weeks to issue a refund!!! No refund and no response to the BBB as of 2/6/26. Stated in a letter to the MN... read more
