Beware! - I cancelled a reservation within the guidelines of receiving a full refund. I got the cancellation notice July 21 and still do not have the money back from my pontoon rental. I have repeatedly contacted Aaron. On July 31 he said he reissued the cancellation. I have no refund and he has stopped returning texts and phone messages. I am out almost $2000.00. The double-decker tritoon with a slide was the only way to finish out Labor Day Weekend! Aaron was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and made the process extremely smooth. I highly recommend if you're looking for a great time with top-notch service!
