Old apartments. This place is about 40 years old or more. Some apartments are still the original bathrooms/kitchens. Looks like you are living in the 70's. Unless you want to pay a lot more in rent for an upgraded unit.. Do not get a unit facing the east or west. The sun in the summer is blazing hot and goes right through the sliders glass and the living room is like 10 to 15 degrees hotter all summer long.
