Communication is terrible! I have an email thread of me talking to myself for months. I emailed stating I will not resign a lease, I have yet to hear... "we are sad to see you go, thank you, this is what to expect, what is the reason, peace out, we dont care that you are leaving..." NOTHING! Get it together Latipac.

Horrible people, slum lords for low income, small biz in impoverished areas. This woman Connie, no idea how she is employed as a professional. Someone should teach her some phone etiquette and and some overall interpersonal skills. She is running races with Honey Boo Boo's mom in terms of character and communication. I don't even think she is aware of fair business practice laws, or tenant rights. They do exist Connie! They do.

We are a small black owned business.. we did work for Latipac.. they had lost their contract for property upkeep.. they accepted our estimate for per cut cost… wedid the work and sent an invoice in for all the properties.. they refused to pay the bill at all.. I checked the mail and they had paid the invoices.. when they saw that the checks were deposited.. they called and said it was a mistake.. sued me and because I am a small minority business I couldn’t afford an attorney.. this company is a scam.. do not do business wit... read more
