I tried to call today trying to ask a question . The guy was yelling with an attitude, Very rude customer service . Not professional . Taking my business elsewhere
The service here was amazing and quick! I had to get some brake work done and Miguel took care of everything for me! Even better the price was great and wasn’t over the top like many other shops. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend!
I briefly parked in front this business to get my directional bearings because I am not from this area. This man named Miguel (at least that is what his name tag said) confronted me in most demeaning & disrespectful tone. "You cannot park here because this is for my customers!" Is what he said. Mind you there is NO sign stating "For Customer Parking ONLY" advertised. Now, if this is how he talks to non customers, I cannot imagine how he talks to ACTUAL customers. First impression matters.
