The staff it’s inefficient. I called 2 days ago and I was told to provide my email address so they could send me an email. I called today and I was told to wait because the lady was doing multiple tasks and if I don’t receive it by the end of the day to call again on Monday... mental health issues are real. Time matters. Being on this situation is already stressful, and the ones helping you to relieve it are causing it...
