The programing makes it feel personalized and is as if you pay for a personal trainer. During the pandemic I have been able to achieve three new things I never did before. It is a culture of work hard, see results, get healthy.
Lots of things to do, huge gym, several pools, open early morning till 10pm, indoor track mostly for walking, outdoor 3 laps per mile track at times very busy however nice community feeling. I like the lap swimming available almost any time facility is open.
if you want to dance, exercise, and especially listen to music, this is the best place ... come! and they have fun .. 💯
