I bought 3 shower gels. They barely lather which is funny due to name. They barely smell. The plastic around lid is hard to get off to use product push down cap All three labels were crooked

I recently made an online purchase for my husband birthday. I emailed customer support to enquire about an ETA as it was my fault for ordering so close to the birthday. I recieved an email so quickly by Frank. He was professional af. He said he would "make it happen" to ship it out in time for my husband. I was so impressed and to my surprise it was Frank, the Founder of Lathr. That's incredible passion and work ethic. Im a proud customer forever now. Thank you Frank!!

Lathr is an amazing product I made the switch a year ago great customer service, amazing shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling silky even with hard water which is awesome. The soap great scents and leaves my skin feeling good even with hard water love it and would recommend it. P.s I see people saying use Dr. Squatch. I made the switch to Lathr because Squatches quality isn't what it used to be especially after selling at Walmart. Try Lathr you will not regret it.

Best products, way better than what I was using before and thought was healthy and natural. Yuka app gave my Dove deodorant a 0 out of 100 score, and Lathr got 93/100 Love the moisturizing balm as well
