He said he would come out the next afternoon to look at my project, gave me a very fair quote, scheduled for a few days later, arrived on time, worked neatly and finished the project quickly. Patrick and his team exemplified all the qualities I look for in home contractors: Clear communication and competent work. On the first day of work, we were told when the painters would begin and end each day and what we were told happened. We were quoted a fair price initially and that was what we paid. Patrick and company were efficient and expert. My home exterior had deteriorated in more places than he and I initially assessed. Patrick explained how he would repair it and estimated costs so I was fully informed. His craftsmanship was very good, painting detailed and solid. Lathian Painting helped with our first floor remodeling project. They were very easy to work with and made a great effort to ensure that the scope of the work was clearly defined. They painted ceilings, walls and trim, including plantation shutters. We are very happy with the results and have recommended Lathian to a couple of family members considering painting projects.
