I don't know why the turnover is so high. Every time I find a person who I want to see on an ongoing basis, they only work there a short time. This time, I am following my person and not going back. I don't like having to go through the new hair stylist situation every time I go.
I travel 2 and a half hours round trip to visit this salon a few times a year. My friends were alarmed when I declared I was getting a perm done but this place has a version of perm that is less damaging to the hair and they do a beautiful job with it! The owners are very kind, approachable and down to earth. They are committed to continually perfecting their craft, are passionate about educating their team to grow and wonderful deserving people of your interest!
I am absolutely obsessed with my hair after seeing Nick at Latherhouse in Belmar. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Nick is beyond talented and makes you feel completely confident and cared for the entire time. My haircut is stunning, and his work with extensions is next level. Lily did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I appreciated her checking in every step of the way to make sure I was happy with my cut. Definitely recommend!
