I recently sold my house to Lathe Lavada, the process was very quick and hassle free. I had to relocate out of state due to my job and had to quickly sell my house, which was in good condition, however it did need new flooring and paint. I did not have the time, nor money to fix it and on top of that having to list it on the market and wait for a buyer to come through, so I decided to contact Lathe's office. I called Lathe Lavada's office to see If he could buy my home for cash. His staff was super friendly and explained everything from start to finish. We closed escrow in 5 days and the cash was deposited into my bank account the day after closing. I'm glad my husband and I went this route and sold our house for cash rather than trying to list it with a realtor and waiting months for our home to sell.

I contacted Lathe Lavada to sell a home that I had been renting for the past 8 years, after I got his offer I realized that he was not the best person to do business with. Luckily I had got an offer from ZHome whose offer was $35000 more than Lathe Lavada's offer. Beware of First Prime.
