I hired Lathans to plow behind my rental for the season. I had to call them to ask why the spots had not been cleared still after a couple weeks of snow this winter. When I called the guy said he had driven by but cars were in the spaces so he didn't do it. But never called me to let me know there was an issue? Then my tenants said he essentially yelled at them for telling me the spaces were not being plowed. Lathan was friendly, personable and good to work with. He didn’t cut corners. He and his son took their time and were very thorough with my lawn. They were also reasonably prices. We will be using them again.
