I Was going to have these guys sell a couple houses for me until we looked into Jeff's personal FB page that he has since made Private. Thank goodness I got to see what kind of person Jeff REALLY is before he tried to hide it. If you DON'T want to support the Jan 6th type people, then I would steer well clear of this place IMO...

It was our first time selling a house and at the beginning Misty seemed unconventional but very motivated. We found that these were signs of a rocky road to come. Jeff Latham, sets himself apart from any other brokerage. He offers home owners deals that unfortunately consumer has no clue about as there is no right one way to structure a buy sell or providing services. He goes above and beyond for the better of the client and at the end of the day that's what matters is clients best interest.
