Had an appointment scheduled, waited 45 minutes when patients started coming out of the exams rooms, exasperated, asking if the doctor was even here. Three if them left. The office manager's response was, "He'll get here when he gets here." The most unprofessional doctor's office I've ever been to, and that's saying something.
