My husband and I both have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Arla. She's thorough and takes time and does not jump to unnecessary tests or treatment. Very personable!
Myself, my husband and several friends see Dr Arla & have all been very happy with the services from Dr Arla. She always spends ample time with us and I'm very confident in the care and advice from Dr. Arla.
I scheduled Dr. Arla as a new patient to get a physical exam at the Lagrange location. She was over a hour late for my appointment. When the nurse came out to get me she didn't greet me or apologize for the delay. The first thing she did was ask for my birthday....no hello or general courtesy. As she took my information in prep for the doctor she appeared to be in a rush.
