Dave and Chris helped me tremendously. My credit score went from 690ish to 740 in minutes and I didn't have to pay creditor! A+
James and team helped me in a situation where I was practically stuck. Had my lender issue a preapproval, which she shouldn't have due to late mortgages on my prior home due to divorce. Got down to less than 2 weeks prior to closing, and James and team worked a miracle. No idea how it was done, or how much work went into what they did but I got a letter of removal directly from my bank stating I was not late. They worked a miracle and I am now a home owner again with my kiddos!! Thank you everyone!
