Due to the fact that I am working 16 hrs a day, my phone broke so I got a new service and phone#. I missed my monthly apt. Realizing, I called to make an apt and refill my psych meds. I was told no refill until my new apt date. I am out of meds and explained waiting would result In withdrawal. No professional compassion for this situation. It is never OK to punish someone for missing an apt. knowing withdrawal from the meds will be the result.
