ABSOLUTELY love these guys! the customer service rep was very good, i believe his name was Hunter. he helped me sort out a billing/shipping issue on my order before it was processed and shipped to the wrong address. Jude that runs the social media is freaking cool as well. every now and then will crack jokes in the chat but most of all very helpful with product knowledge. landen is a super chill dude too! shoutout to the entire LMR team for being awesome and very responsive and quick! These guys have amazing customer service. They ship extremely quick and if you have any issues with the product, they are quick to respond. I’ve purchased wheels twice and even a diffuser. Extremely happy with their customer service!

I really did love this shop as I have been ordering from them since 2013 when I got my 1985 Mustang, but the customer service representative that I asked for help from was extremely unhelpful in his responses. He had zero empathy for a simple mistake made on my part that I needed help with and did not help ease the pain of the shipping return.
