I recently moved into the area and like any new resident I googled best place to tan and I came across La Tan&Spa. The staff is outstanding to say the least. Right away I knew this was the perfect fit for me and highly recommend it!! Although I've only met a couple of the staff, I want to personally recognize Jackie! She answered any and all of my questions from on all the different beds, lotions and skin care, and tan packages etc. She makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Very disappointed. Been going there for almost 2 years. Then all of a sudden I get an allergic reaction from the cleaner they use that I have to be rushed to the ER about 2 hours after going. Then I call them to explain that I want to cancel my membership, what happened, and basically that it's nothing against them I just don't want to go through that again. And now I owe them $50 to cancel my membership. Not only did I have to pay to go to the ER but now I have to pay them...for something that is not my fault!! Very disappo... read more
