Was a good place to live under old ownership and back when "My Rental company" ran it (they rock check them out) but once paragon took over, rent went up, quality went down, zero human element anymore, the manager deals with problems with passive aggressive emails and texts. They even went so far to say they don't honor Washington's marijuana laws since it's illegal federally so they won't allow any marijuana smoked on site. Used to be reasonably priced, for an older apartment. Now it's just a p.o.s complex that's overly pri... read more

Not bad but could be better, especially for the price. Got a 1 year lease here, besides living on a side street and behind a street its quieter then other places ive been. The people that live here have been mostly quiet, but are odd, not like other communities i've been apart of. I would say it's worth the $850 a month i pay but now they raised it to $1,050 and there's no way i'll stay for that price lol, there's far better out there for that steep of a price. It's not a terrible place to live, it's close to campus but beware it's on latah so it's quite a noisy area. Not really worth the $800+ a month in rent. There's much nicer units around town if you can get in. I would only rent here again if it was a last resort

The first time I lived in the apartment, my roommate and I really enjoyed working with the professional staff and felt like we could trust the manager. The apartments are overall very clean and ample space for 2 people. I am not a college student and felt like the space in the apartment was enough for everything that I brought with me to Pullman. Additionally, they are for the most part very quiet. I have noticed these apartments are typically filled with professio... read more
