Don't hold your breathe for a follow up phone call. You'll have to call their rude receptionists' to remind them of their job duties. The fact that they couldn't reach out to me, to inform me that they couldn't locate my medical records, is incompetent behavior and simply negligence towards my treatment. No apology was given.
