Hi Lauren, oh my goodness, what a difference I feel in my right hip especially. The joints in my hips and lower back are moving again. The intense soreness in my IT band is better and the pain in my heels is better too. I'm so amazed. I will keep an eye on it and report in a few days. I'm so thrilled with this progress. Thank you!!
Lauren is amazing. I went to see her after being in pain for months. I could barely walk and needed help dressing myself. After 3 sessions with Lauren I was back to my usual self, gardening, hiking, swimming, and putting my own pants on!
