I met Dr. Vu at the LaPlace office months ago. This was my first visit at the Lutcher office. Instead of feeling like I was at a dentist office I felt like I was visiting friends at their home. Everyone was so friendly. I first encountered Renee at the sign in desk. She called me by name and explained my next steps. Trish did a very thorough job with my bi annual cleaning. The atmosphere at Lasting Smiles Dentist is so welcoming and warm. You feel valued and respected.
I went to lasting smiles because I had a toothache In the upper left part of my mouth way in the back. The x-ray showed that my tooth was cracked and the only option was to pull it. So I Had the option of having it pulled right then and there. So I chose to have it Pulled. The dentist and the staff explained everything very thoroughly. The procedure went great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend lasting smiles!
Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Technology was great. Love the new technology. Time was well spent. Love Dr. Vu.
