I recently changed providers because my anxiety related to anything dental was getting worse. Lasting Impressions got me in fast and had a nice, relaxing office. I have phobias and concerns related to my teeth that are largely unrealistic, and they didnt act like I was crazy which made me feel so much better. They were super patient with me. They also had helpful recommendations, and I'm happy with the choice to switch offices.
I got there a little early for appointment. They saw me right away anyway! Very professional and pleasant!!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Dr. Gray to help others make an informed decision. I initially had a crown done by Dr. Gray, and after switching to a new dentist and getting updated X-rays, I was informed that the crown had poor margins and decay had developed underneath. I returned to Dr. Gray to have the issue addressed. She removed the crown, cleaned out the decay, and placed a temporary crown while we scheduled the final appointment.
