They have the best service ever. Very friendly and know what they are doing!
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Dr. Gray to help others make an informed decision. I initially had a crown done by Dr. Gray, and after switching to a new dentist and getting updated X-rays, I was informed that the crown had poor margins and decay had developed underneath. I returned to Dr. Gray to have the issue addressed. She removed the crown, cleaned out the decay, and placed a temporary crown while we scheduled the final appointment. Very nice staff, the lady who did my teeth cleaning was exceptional. My mouth hasn't felt this great for a long time.
This is my favorite dental office! An easy task since before coming here, like many of you, I HATED going to the dentist. The bedside manner, personal attention, compassion & overall sense of humor by all of the staff at Lasting Impressions make it a truly enjoyable experience. The best part is that it is consistent with every visit. I have now been a regular patient for just over 4, It might be actually 5 years and believe it or not, I look forward to my dental visits.
