My experience is always great at this dentist office! Super welcoming staff and clinical team. They’re also super helpful in getting you in for appointments if it’s an emergency situation (I recently got in a couple days after calling). I currently live in Muncie and I have moved most of my providers up here, but I’ll continue to make the drive just for the great quality in care!
I went to Lasting Impressions my first time yesterday and of course I was anxious because I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. The staff there is amazing. The two ladies at the front desk made me feel welcome and Jennifer who took pictures of my teeth and cleaned them, was very knowledgeable and kind about my entire situation. Didn’t feel judged in any way. Kevin my dentist was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
This dental office truly feels like a small-town gem. From the friendly greeting by Cindy to the comforting, gentle care from Isabelle and Dr. Flannagan, everyone treats you like a longtime friend. As much as I dread the dentist, I genuinely enjoy coming here because of the people.
Lasting Impressions always does fabulous work on my teeth. They’re done a root canal, fit me for a partial, and regularly clean my teeth. They’re done are hands down my favorite dental office I’ve been to. I have moved 45 min away, but still continue to go to them because their work is exceptional.
I highly recommend Lasting Impressions for your dental needs. Dr. Flannagan is courteous, considerate of your needs & excellent at his job. His staff is wonderful. All courteous & professional. Always greet you by name when you arrive.
