With this being, what I call the indulgence season, and extremely busy for businesses I was experiencing some discomfort while eating spicy, sweet and pain with chewing. Dr Kevin Flannigan of Lasting impressions Dental Care and his staff, were able to squeeze me in and take care of my teeth, with a smile! I am so thankful to all of them for truly scramble around to care for my teeth. Many blessings for blessing me to enjoy this holiday season
I went to Lasting Impressions my first time yesterday and of course I was anxious because I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. The staff there is amazing. The two ladies at the front desk made me feel welcome and Jennifer who took pictures of my teeth and cleaned them, was very knowledgeable and kind about my entire situation. Didn’t feel judged in any way. Kevin my dentist was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
My experience is always great at this dentist office! Super welcoming staff and clinical team. They’re also super helpful in getting you in for appointments if it’s an emergency situation (I recently got in a couple days after calling). I currently live in Muncie and I have moved most of my providers up here, but I’ll continue to make the drive just for the great quality in care!
Had cleaning and Xrays done, extremely pleasant experience. The hygienist was personable and professional. Then the meeting with the dentist was clear and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they will definitely take care of you.
I highly recommend Lasting Impressions for your dental needs. Dr. Flannagan is courteous, considerate of your needs & excellent at his job. His staff is wonderful. All courteous & professional. Always greet you by name when you arrive.
