Polite and professional! Great experience! Highly recommend. First filling done and was nervous. The doctor and assistant were so gentle and sweet, talked me through it and it was fast! Thank you! Had a cleaning today and again service was awesome! Jason is great!

I recently moved to the Albany region and was looking for a new dentist. I did some research online and came across this dentist office. After my first scheduled visit for x-rays, I can safely say that I do not regret it. The office is conveniently located and has plenty of parking available. The staff is amazing, from the front desk to the doctor herself. The staff makes you feel welcomed and very comfortable. The dental care itself was good, but the customer service ultimately caused me to leave the practice. At my appointment to have my permanent crown placed, I arrived on time but was asked to come back two hours later or reschedule because the dentist was running behind. I agreed to wait about 30 minutes, but the receptionist’s attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I understand emergencies happen—the delay wasn’t the problem; the way it was handled was.
