I met Diana through a referral from a friend, years ago. I was thrilled! I had over- plucked my eyebrows and in some spots they never grew back! I was SOooo frustrated because I am a golden/dirty blonde and finding eyebrow pencils that would match let alone stay on was a nightmare!
