It’s my third time hiring Manny and the crew and they did a fantastic job on my roof and gutter replacement, they made sure the shingles will be on solid wood, and replace the necessary plywood. At the end of each day, they made sure they left the property clean of any debris. I recommend Lasting Construction for any roof and gutter project.

Manny the Owner is a very knowledgeable man that educated me on the importance of proper attic ventilation. My house had poor and blocked ventilation so Manny and Team installed. We hired Manny and the Lasting Construction team to replace our roof and gutters. The team did an outstanding and thorough job on our roof from the much needed replacement of old plywood, installing a new roof ventilation system and identifying the need for us to repoint our chimney. Last spring, Manny and his team replaced our roof and gutters, and the results were fantastic. Manny was also wonderful to work with throughout the process—communicative, thoughtful, and clearly committed to doing things the right way. Manny also brought great ideas to improve the roof’s design and overall aesthetic.
