Manny and his team did an amazing job on my flat roof. They installed cooper Yankee gutters. They repaired a 200 year-old post on my porch that was water damaged. His price, including the extra work was excellent. I highly recommend Lasting Construction!

It’s my third time hiring Manny and the crew and they did a fantastic job on my roof and gutter replacement, they made sure the shingles will be on solid wood, and replace the necessary plywood. At the end of each day, they made sure they left the property clean of any debris. I recommend Lasting Construction for any roof and gutter project.

My attic was so warm with the super heat no where to be circulated. No... read more
