I made it clear, I thought that I ONLY wanted a basic eye exam, I did not want anything my eye insurance would not cover! regardless of my wishes AND without telling me about the fact that it was a specialty screening that my eye med deffinently WOULD NOT cover I was given some specialty screening and then billed for it! likely the billing department was super helpful but I would not recommend this Dr as my wishes were not respected and he recommended the most expensive lenses possible!!! The staff was so patient with my son. He’s only 5 1/2 and was a little wiggly. All the staff is so nice. We really liked Dr. Seth Laster. They really care about the patients.
