My experience with Marcellus Parker was certainly a positive outcome. He was very well spoken addressing all my concerns and very professional addressing the commissioner, keeping communication straight forward and on point. I also would like to note that the Administrative Assistant was also very kind, helpful, and professional as well. Which helps with making you feel more confident and comfortable despite the circumstances, yet throughout the process.
