Sam is fantastic, straight shooter, no BS, he does what he says and says what he does keeping the client informed along the way. He handled my insurer for me after I was getting nowhere. HUGE relief off my shoulders. Last Stop may not be the cheapest but it is the best in my opinion. From start to finish you wont be disappointed.
I hired this roofing contractor hoping for a simple repair, but it turned into a nightmare. They didn’t diagnose the leak correctly and ended up replacing a section of the roof that wasn’t even the problem. After the first rain, the leak was worse than before. When I called to have them come back, they said I’d need to pay again because “it’s a new issue.” I spent thousands for nothing. Stay far away from this company — they have no idea what they’re doing.
Unreliable and careless — that’s the best way to describe them. The crew arrived late, worked half a day, then disappeared for several days with no notice. They left my roof partially open, and it rained that night, causing damage inside my home. When I asked for compensation, they laughed and said, “That’s what insurance is for.” No respect for customers at all. I wish I had done more research before hiring them.
