I really love this gym; it's my favorite training place: to exercise myself and burn calories.- I always come here and I love it... Since I'm a boxer all over the last 5 years.
Love this spot... these guys are doing a great job but also a great job giving back. If you want to be taught right come check them out.
Great people and environment. The classes are fun and coached definitely know their stuff. It’s cool watching the pros train and spar.
