Love it. It’s convenient for me to shower and go straight to work after and it doesn’t get too packed full of gym bunnies who don’t respect gym etiquette.

It was a good gym. Unfortunately they are officially closed for good now.

There are a few gyms in the area. All with relatively the same price and hours...I think. Idk. Truth be told when you come here the energy that permeates the gyms is one of real community, and for the most part a community that understands their fitness goals. What I like about this place is that it feels old school and lived in...while still maintaining a modern atmosphere that adapts too the neighborhood. This is one of the best gyms in the San Diego area. The gym is never packed and even if it is full there are more machines than you probably need so you don’t ever have to wait. The lighting in the gym creates a great atmosphere. On top of all of that the best part of the gym is the community. Everyone knows each other and helps each other out. I have personally learned from the people around me. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I have made in a while.
