I took my 10+ yr old boat here with a stern drive problem that soon became complicated so much so that the entire lower unit had to be replaced. It was expensive to the point that my insurance got involved. The Service team: Mike, Guy, Eric, & Jason...and Benny in Parts were extremely professional, communicative, and competent. They clearly went out of there way to resolve my problem much to my satisfaction. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone for any and all boat issues! Mike Shutts
We went in for parts for our old boat and ended up buying a new boat. We wanted it ready for our camping trip that weekend and they made sure to have it ready to go. Pleasure doing business with them🎣😊
Boats been there since feb 1st....they fixed my stator ..tried to start it and the starter gear granaded...whitch means either they put it together wrong...or timing was 180 out Either way mechanic error...now almost 3 mo later ...jus goin to pick my boat up tomorrow Had it with these guys
I bought a boat on 12-19-17. I paid in full for my boat. It is 3-8-18 today. I still don't have my paperwork. I have received nothing but, excuses and attitude from these people. I couldn't in good conscientious recommend their dealership to any one. Poor service, poor attitude, poor response! Frankly, it is a violation to fail to complete the paperwork within 90 days.
