Recommendedtook my minnkota ulterra trolling motor in to get fixed I thought I had some kind of major trim problem that needed to be fixed. The young lady in the front office attended to me very well. Erik in the service shop jumped right on it and took care of it right then and there explained to me in detail exactly what was wrong and how to fix it my self. GREAT PLACE GREAT SERVICE.
Josh was amazing and mike jumped right in to answer any questions!! We had no idea about a boat so they helped us and taught us everything! Josh took us to the lake and taught us step by step! Best customer service!!!
Will not return my call for a warranty issue. Was told cover was trailer able and tore apart and beat up the boat.

All the employees here were very helpful throughout many phone calls, walking us through the boat we bought, and even went out of their way to deliver our boat at 4am just so we could have it for the weekend. Amazing group of people!
