The few times I did call for a quick locate she always found the time to help me out. A great resource when you need it.
Called several times to get, several different locates. To make sure all was good. They marked my power line about 15 feet off. Needless to say, we dug it up. Called Seth he said no harm no foul. You have to move it anyhow (really). Well if it would've been located properly, we wouldn't have made the addition as big. Now I'm a month and a half behind schedule, plus have to pay NWE to move the line. I guess no harm because they don't have to foot the bill. 😡 Don't trust ELM, to locate for you.
