I placed an order for graduation photos for my student 6 weeks ago. I reached out last week as my graduate is moving and we had not received the order or any update regarding when the order would be shipped. I still don't have an actual answer as to when the order is shipping, only that it has been processed and so they will not give us a refund. We no longer have any way to receive the order, so have spent hundreds of dollars on photos and will likely never receive them.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Lassman photography. On February 18, 2026, I had my graduation photos taken, and by February 20, I received an email stating that my pictures were ready. I selected and paid for my photos on February 25, 2026, but it's now June, and I still haven't received them.
