I had such a great experience here. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and really cared about how I felt with my photos. They made sure I was happy and comfortable, and I left feeling so valued. Truly amazing service
Very poor. Does not do good photography. Selected the worst photos for all our graduation cards. Would never recommend. The couple who runs it is very rude too.
It’s been 3 months since I sat for my photos. I haven’t yet gotten my framed photos. I wanted my mother to take the photos back to my home country and thought we had ample time since she was going to leave in 3 months. Because I was our family’s first masters graduate, it was a big deal for us. Unfortunately Lassman still hasn’t sent me the order. I paid extra to make sure they do the touch ups and everything. I paid over $300 for my graduation photos at Lassman Studios in Montreal, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The studio was poorly located and didn’t feel professional at all. Despite the high price, the service has been unacceptable. It's been nearly two months, and I still haven't received my printed photos.
