I paid over $300 for my graduation photos at Lassman Studios in Montreal, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The studio was poorly located and didn’t feel professional at all. Despite the high price, the service has been unacceptable. It's been nearly two months, and I still haven't received my printed photos. Trash Prices are diabolical, $95 for a single digital file is heinous. Couldn’t even see the photos when they were taken so I just had to trust that they did a good job but of course it was mid af.
ALMOST GOT SCAMMED! On the website they’ve written that we have to bring 15 dollars for 9 photographs, so me and my friends booked our slots for that. Later found out that it’s not 15 dollars it’s more than 300 bucks which nobody informed about and when you find that out you cannot even cancel your appointment anymore and are charged 15 dollars fine for cancelling after or during the selected time slot. Students have paid thousands already on their studies and now this? Ridiculously expensive.
