I have been here less than 3 months. My apartment has a serious problem and they aren't doing anything. There is no way to contact maintenance and even if he comes, he doesn't fix anything. They finally got a manager after months. He seems nice but he's rarely here and I have no way to contact him if I don't stumble across him. I got screwed renting here. Renter beware!!! I guess since it's affordable housing they don't care if you're happy.
I have lived at this complex for 10+ years. We had at least 6 maintenance person and at least 5 property managers. We hardly get any full lawn care. The hill in front of the area I live has never had grass. When they go to rent increase it is for the upkeep of the property or thats what they say. The only upkeep I've seen is new playground equipment and larger fire extinguisher.that are placed underneath the kitchen sink. The rent is absolutely ridiculous for a small area like Madison N C. I would not recommend moving here
