Very pleasant staff! I made my appointment on line for service at 9:30. I waited to see my car go back for service. The service representative said the online sign up and the actual appointment time did not gee haw. Said my appointment was at 10:00. Perhaps it would be possible to synchronize.
Brought my 2017 Chevy in for service on Monday night, Nov. 3rd, 2025, for my service appointment the next day. I had made the service appointment about a week in advance. My car was making a squeaking noise that I had thought was a suspension issue due to the accident I was in over a year ago. My service advisor was very kind but the experience was awful.
