Great work thanks
Quite little complex with respectful residents, has a good amount of shade. Pool area is nice in the summer. Only draw back is the occasional riff raff that wonders on, but that seems to be all of Chico these days.
They really care about the upkeep of these apartments! Great integrity!
They're very quick with maintenance requests! The area is very quiet and calm we appreciate that and how we look our for each other. Nikkie the resident manager is amazing and I love the games and holiday little treats she does!
