Avoid using this company!! They installed an HVAC system in a new build in 2023. In late July and early August 2024, the upstairs HVAC system in the home stopped providing cool air. Sean Lassen was contacted multiple times over email and phone to ask him to investigate the problem. He only responded to our inquiries when the builder reached out to him and asked him to contact us. My experience with the Lassen HVAC company has been limited because not because I haven’t tried over and over and over again to get in touch with the owner of the company who originally installed a carrier infinity HVAC system in my home in Northwest Connecticut. I have not received any phone calls back and I have been trying to diagnose a fourth code for over one year at this point And have left numerous voicemail friendly messages to ask if they could come over and try to diagnose the situation. Above i wrote a neg review for Lassen Heating - there was a misunderstanding. Mr lassen worked with me directly for a long time. the issue is NOT with Lassen i see now. the issue i have is with Carrier brand Support. I bought the house 2 years ago and Mr Lassen installed the system and he was never called to service it for many years. today we talked and he assisted me and offered me some valuable advice. i appreciate his time and patience.
Very pleased with the prompt, professional service and installation time. Finished the job on time, for a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!
