I would like to leave 0 stars, but it does not give me that option. I mean I made a phone call to lender's office and a case for minor children. My grandchildren, his secretary stated that he would give me a call by 2 PM several weeks later and multiple phone calls to his office. He didn't even return the call with family matters.
