Would recommend having your team do their job and follow up with people who make an appointment if you’re not going to be able to meet the appointment. Shame on you for wasting peoples time. I’ve been waiting a month for this appointment and took time off of work to be here. Only to waste two hours of my day and find out I don’t even have an appointment that was canceled and yet nobody thought to notify me
Have had a great experience with Dr. Roberts-Lopez. She is caring and through.
Bottom line is Dr Roberts-Lopez is stretched too thin trying to see patients at 5 different locations so she can’t give adequate service to any of her patients. Her office called me because they had to reschedule my appointment as Dr Lopez had an emergency and her office person never bothered to tell me my new appointment would be at a different location than where I saw her at previously. Dr. Lasonya Roberts-Lopez is a very caring and capable physician and surgeon. Very happy with her and her staff.
WORST DOCOTR EVER.she really messed my step mom up! worst nurses & doctor ever! she’s a trash doctor, she doesn’t care about her patients at all.
