We hired Lasiter and Lasiter as a third-party service for our ERTC claim. From the start, communication was difficult and full of assumptions on their end rather than clear confirmation with us. Midway through, they claimed a payment hadn’t gone through (it had) and pressured us into wiring an additional amount to keep things moving.
