Went in for a consult to see if I was a candidate for lasik. When they took my glasses to read the prescription they scratched both lenses on my glasses. When I told them all they offered was to remove the cost of the $75 eye drops if I did the surgery. Nothing about replacing my month old $275 glasses that they ruined. So now I either have to do the surgery in the next few weeks to get $75 or eat $275 to replace the glasses they destroyed. The tech was very sweet but that doesn’t nothing to help me see today.

I came to this establishment about a month ago (August) to determine if I was eligible for LASIK, I did some tests and I was told I was eligible and I decided to go through with it and make a appointment for that Friday to get the procedure done. It was one of the best decisions in my life. I am so happy that I am free from glasses. I even got 3 months of free consultation appointments if I need them.

I originally had Lasik from this site in 2019. I got monovision which is just one eye for reading and my other eye was not treated for seeing long distance. It lasted 2 years and by then I reached out to get a retreatment. I was told to complete an eye exam by doctor and have a form completed. I was told to fax(who still uses a fax?) or email results.
