I'm so glad I got Lasik at LasikPlus. The staff is so friendly, accommodating and efficient. I loved that I was able to text the office; it made scheduling my surgery so simple. Everything was explained really well and the actual surgery was quick and painless. By the next day I was back to work and my vision is BETTER than it was with my contacts! 30 years with corrective lenses and all it took was 2 minutes to fix. Highly recommend!
Excellent front desk staff. As soon as we walked in step by step procedures. Right on time with the appointment schedule. Follow up doctors was very nice and friendly.
My experience overall has been amazing the staff from reception to doctors. Kayleigh you were one of the most helpful this facility has. And after all my vision is just amazing now I should’ve done it sooner.
I had the procedure down two years ago. Shortly after the vision is my left eye was not very clear. I had an enhancement done a couple months later. All was good until just recently. The vision in my right eye is significantly different than the left. I called to set up an appointment to get an enhancement done. I was told I had to have a laser vision retreatment evaluation form filled out by my optometrist. The completed form was sent back.
